 India Set to Replace Either AUS or ENG for Historic 150th Test Match

In the meantime, the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) has revealed that if either Australia or England is replaced by India, the revenue for this historic event could quadruple. They have expressed their willingness to initiate talks with both the Australian and English Cricket Boards.

“Well, both these nations’ coffers are filled by the money India brings! So, why not?” said former Indian Cricket Captain, Sunil Gavaskar, as he, along with Ravi Shastri and Harsha Bhogle, prepares to secure another lucrative pay package for their commentary roles.

When contacted, a representative from the England Cricket Board acknowledged that discussions were ongoing but expressed doubt about being able to compete with Australia in giving up a spot. “The Australian board is known to go to great lengths to accommodate India’s wishes,” they said.
